Hospitality Intern
Position Responsibilities:
Greet and direct guests to seating areas and various services
Communicate, in detail, all known aspects of the film festival to team for seamless customer experience from start to finish
Assist with the organization of event gear before and after service, ensuring staff is set up for success
General help with events
Assist festival coordinators with the green room and VIP events
Assistance with admin support to other team members as needed.
Skills required to be successful in this position:
The ability to engage with consumers in an easy and fun manner in order to raise awareness of the Oxford Film Festival
The ability to aide in the direction of orderly evacuation of the building during emergencies
The ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly and comprehensively
The ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations

Marketing Intern
Position Responsibilities:
Assistance writing press releases and other office admin support to other team members as needed.
Manages social media platform partnerships, influencer relations and community outreach.
Prepare photography and other media for publication and maintain digital archive.
Design and distribute Flyers
General help with events
During the Film Festival, assist PR Coordinator with the red carpet interviews.
Skills required to be successful in this position:

The ability to work with some program to design images and flyers
The ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly and comprehensively

Business Intern
Position Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be required to call upon corporate, foundation/non-profit organizations and individuals to gain donors/sponsorship as well as the following responsibilities:
Assist in raising funds for the The Oxford Film Festival by aggressively developing and nurturing current and prospective donors including individuals, foundations and corporations.
Respond to donor inquiries and provide exceptional front-line service and support to donors and
prospects.Conduct full range of activities required to prepare, write and submit grant proposals in accordance with the fundraising budgetary goals of the organization.
Establish a system for tracking and any reporting required by the The Oxford Film Festival to foundations
Expectations:
Maintain high level of professionalism. Treat clients, staff, volunteers, board members, etc., with dignity and respect.
Strong administrative and time management skills. Excellent research, organizational, communication and writing skills required. Ability to work from spreadsheets and to manage deliverables and timelines (Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive/Google docs, PowerPoint)
Travels often to meet with donors throughout the North Mississippi region. Must have access to a vehicle for work-related off-site meetings and events.
Skills required to be successful in this position:
Ability to research, solicit, and secure funds from individual, corporate, and foundation relationships. Experience developing relationships with the expressed purpose of causing a prescribed action outcome.
